Select Garage Doors and Trent Jacobs DEFINITELY helped us out! Our garage door stopped working so I looked up local companies to check out the issue. Two reps from different companies came out and instantly went into sales mode. I need this and I need that. My door was too heavy, gotta replace the springs. They gave me their quotes and I was shocked! I had no idea that this stuff was so expensive. I called SGD and Phoenix answered. She said her guy would be out first thing in the morning. Trent showed up on time and went to checking things out. Trent was very professional and personable. He told me what he thought the problem was and wanted to fix the issue. He didn't try to sell me a whole new unit first. If that didn't fix it, he would then go over new garage door motor replacements. Trent went above and beyond to solve the problem and help us out. I was thoroughly impressed with his tenacity and dedication to getting our garage door back up and running. He was very fast and efficient. Select Garage Doors and Trent Jacobs will be my one and only call in the future!

As a general contractor in the (Custom Home) business, it’s always nice to find vendors and subcontractors that take pride in their work. We had an install today with Select Garage Doors and couldn’t be happier. The installer took a lot of pride in his work and we’re excited to continue to partner with Select Garage Doors on our upcoming projects.

Shaun Kirby was our technician and he was great. Showed up on time, extremely professional and kind. Replaced our springs and was finished quickly. Came in a Sunday too. I would highly recommend select garage doors and especially Shaun. I felt safe too because he sent me a text with his picture so I knew who to expect.

Shaun from Select Garage Doors was so efficient & helpful! They notified me before arrival & was able to hone in on the quote before hand (after seeing what torsion springs I have), and then he fixed the torsion springs so quickly! I was able to get advice on proper maintenance [hinges, spring] as well. I'm thrilled by the service, would call them back again anytime with other garage door & motor repairs, & highly recommend! *The torsion spring snapped at ~9:30pm Saturday. I contacted a couple Garage Repair companies. I had contacted Select Garage Doors via their website form, not expecting a response since it was already so late on a weekend day. I received a call back a bit later and spoke to David. He was very helpful in giving information & answering my questions; I felt confident in going forward with them so he got me in the schedule for the next day (a Sunday)!
