Highlands Ranch is a large master-planned community in Douglas County, sitting roughly 12 to 13 miles south of downtown Denver along the C-470 corridor. With a 2020 Census population of 105,631, it is the largest community in Douglas County and the most populous unincorporated community in Colorado.
